2nd:- Yoga or excersise to ur body: Make yoga or exercises as part of ur daily life. And also take deep breath atleast 10 min a day
3rd:- Vegetarian foods and salads: Daily take veg food and also salads
4th:- Reading a good book: Daily read a good book for sometime. Some of the books suggested by robin sharma are Biography of Benjamin Franklin, The Story of my experiment with truth by Gandhi, Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse, Think and Grow rich by Napoleon Hill
5th:- Revising ur day: Revise ur goods and bads of the day and set ur mind that not to repeat the bad ones in future
6th:- Wake up early: Wake up early with the sun and sleep only 6 hours peacefully
7th:- Ritual of Music: Listen to good music daily atleast for 15-20 min
8th:- Ritual of Spoken Word: Spell the nice phrase repeatedly lik a mantra
ex: Iam strong, able and calm.
9th:- Ritual of Congruent Character: Industry, compassion, patience, humility, honesty, courage. When all ur actions are congruent and aligned with these principles, you will feel a deep sense of inner harmony and peace
10th:- Ritual of simplicity: You hav to lead simple life , one must never live in the thick of thin things. Focus on ur priorities , those activities which are truly meaningful.
